At The Kingsmen Collective, we aim to provide high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at:

- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for an unconditional full refund.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be possible if the order has entered processing or fulfillment.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for 15 days from the date your order is delivered or received, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
- The return must be requested and shipped within 15 days of delivery
- The item must not have been marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty
- The item must be unused, in ‘as new’ condition, and returned in its original packaging
- Original packaging includes all accessories, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and specialty packaging
- A photo of the item(s) must be submitted prior to return shipment for condition verification
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:
- Order number
- Clear photo or video evidence
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to product availability.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be subjected for a one time exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total
Please note: Once an order has been shipped, shipping fees are final and non-refundable. Shipping costs are quoted directly from our partnered shipping carriers based on order size, weight, destination, and shipping speed. These fees are paid directly to the carrier and are not retained or adjusted by The Kingsmen Collective.
Bundle Purchases
For bundle orders:
- If a partial return is requested, bundle pricing is void
- Items kept will be repriced at the current individual retail price

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Returns initiated outside the 15-day window
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Normal wear and tear
- Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or international transit
- Failure to review product descriptions, sizing, or shipping timelines
